Deborah Lippmann does glitters like no one else, and Across the Universe is her best so far. It's blue and green hex glitter and blue small glitter in a navy jelly base. It's great on its own at three coats, and has a lot of depth. I also like one coat of it layered over a blue or green, shimmer or creme.
