this stuff is a thick sticky paste and it didn't absorb at all. Put it on after a shower in the morning because my skin was so dry and itchy, It felt awful and I had to let it dry for 20 minutes before I could get dressed and even after all day when I put my pj's on at night it still hadn't absorbed. I will try the warming thing that the "cult follower" talked about but I didn't like it at all.
I was told by a department store skin specialist that she has never had a return of this product,it is that great. I thought for the money it better be. This is so worth it if you have very dry skin. The jar lasts for ever and you can tell when you are running low. The key to it's use is taking a tiny amount and warming in the palm of your hands before applying as it needs to be warmed. If you use a tiny amount it will absorb so you can apply make up over. The best use I found for it is when I over apply skin care treatments as it is so healing. My husband uses on his feet and elbows.
