how to use it
Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying medication. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.

This product was very harsh on my skin - although I only used it once a day. Skin became very irritated, red and flaky in 3 days. I had to discontinue.
If you read the label, cut back on useage if it's too strong or use at bed time. Still my favorite, 2x a day like religion, and people think I'm 30 not 45. Excellent for discolorations too!
i found this prouct to be harsh and drying to my skin. i have very oily acene prone skin but this burns. i also dont like that it has acetone which is nail polish remover. i hate to spend money on products that doesnt work but this deserved to be tossed out.
