No need to worry when we're going to get your order out. We ship orders the same day if they are placed before 3 p.m. (MT).

Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. If an order contains backordered products, the in-stock items will ship first and the backordered items will ship when they arrive.

Don't live in the U.S.? No problem. We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs vary per country, however the shipping rate will be provided upon checkout. All International orders ship via United States Postal Service.

All International orders are subject to Customs inspections as well as possible fees and/or taxes. These charges are determined by the country to which the package is shipped and payment is the responsibility of the customer, not SkinCareRx. Some packages may be delayed as much as 2-3 weeks, depending on Customs. Signature may be required upon delivery. SkinCareRx reserves the right to cancel any International order. Shipping charges, taxes, and other country’s fees are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY
Apothica stands behind the products we sell. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective professional products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 60 days of purchase.

We offer two types of returns, a Replacement or a Refund*. Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. Products are eligible for a full Refund* if you decide you don't want the item, it didn't meet your expectations, or if you have had an adverse skin reaction.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to select a different item, you must return the original item for a refund, and then purchase another item.
